For our fourth episode, we had the pleasure of discussing with Mayra Souza, who is Group Trade Compliance Director at IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances). A very intense and fascinating episode that we thoroughly enjoyed recording.

For our third episode, we had the pleasure of chatting with Serguey Dovgula, who is Director of Compliance Europe at ZTE. We spoke about his career journey as Legal Counsel and how he was drawn into trade compliance. For our second episode, we had the pleasure of chatting with Olivia Schulze-Lecerf, who is head of Global Trade and Customs at H&M Group. We spoke about her inspiring career journey from public affairs to trade compliance and the deep connections between these two areas.
